Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, Connolly Ltd is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Social Housing team.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of refurbishment projects across occupied homes, delivering improvements that have a direct impact on residents and communities. Typical works include kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, internal refurbishments, and planned improvement works.

The Role
As Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients and residents, you'll play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining a positive customer experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing refurbishment projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinating direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Monitoring programme performance and project progress
- Managing quality inspections and compliance documentation
- Working alongside Commercial teams to manage costs and budgets
- Maintaining site records, inductions and health & safety standards
- Ensuring operatives have the materials, equipment and support they need
- Building positive relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised site environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment or construction
- Experience delivering projects in occupied environments is desirable
- Understanding of Social Housing and resident-focused delivery
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- SMSTS qualification
- First Aid at Work
- Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
