Site Manager

Lead live residential and commercial sites end-to-end — programme, H&S, quality and client liaison.

Full-time Manchester & North West (multi-site) £42,000 – £52,000 per annum

About the Role

About the role Bluelink is hiring experienced Site Managers to run our live construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects across Greater Manchester and the North West. You will own day-to-day delivery on site: programme control, method statements, quality inspections, subcontractor coordination and client reporting. You are the single point of accountability for safety, programme and workmanship.

What you will do

  • Plan and run daily/weekly site programmes against agreed milestones
  • Enforce CDM, RAMS and Bluelink H&S standards; lead toolbox talks
  • Coordinate trades, suppliers and labour so handovers stay on track
  • Raise and close snags; protect quality before practical completion
  • Maintain site diaries, progress photos and client update packs
  • Manage plant, materials and waste in line with budget and waste plans

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
