Site Manager
Location: Lincoln
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

About the Role
As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe and efficient site work across our projects. You'll be focusing on SHEQ, time and cost management while working collaboratively with our team to ensure successful project delivery. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, working on meaningful projects within the water recycling sector.
Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the safe and efficient delivery of site work, with a focus on SHEQ, time and cost management
- Managing Health & Safety on site, including inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statements
- Overseeing multiple concurrent projects and managing site-based supervisors and delivery teams
- Working collaboratively to manage direct labour and supply chain, ensuring all construction activities meet scheme deliverables
- Procuring plant, materials and specialist subcontractors to deliver projects within budget and programme

Requirements
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
- You have experience within the water recycling sector
- You bring sound commercial and contractual awareness to your work
- You have excellent organisation skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively
- You possess a good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
- You hold a Full driving licence
