Position: Site Manager
Location: Wilmslow & Surrounding Areas
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term opportunity working on bespoke, high-value residential projects in Wilmslow and the surrounding areas.
The role offers approximately 12 months of work, with the potential for the position to continue beyond this. The successful candidate will have experience working on high-end projects where quality, attention to detail, and presentation are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of high-value residential projects
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site activities
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Monitor quality and attention to detail throughout the project
- Manage site progress, materials, and labour
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the wider project team
- Oversee snagging and ensure works are completed to the required standard
- Maintain site records and health & safety requirements

Requirements
- Previous Site Management experience
- Experience working on bespoke or high-end residential projects (essential)
- Strong eye for detail and high-quality finishes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong subcontractor and trades management experience
- Relevant Site Management qualifications
- Work-based references
