School Site Manager

Long Lawford Primary School

Permanent Position

Long Lawford Primary School is seeking a reliable, proactive and committed Site Manager to join our dedicated team and help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff and visitors.

Working Hours

  • Split Shift Pattern 32 hours per week 52 weeks a year
  • Band G SCP 11-14 £25,549.84 - £27,715.46

Monday to Friday:

  • 7.00am to 10.00am
  • 2.45pm to 5.45pm

Friday:

  • 2.45pm to 5.30pm

Flexible Working Opportunities

For the right candidate, we can offer flexibility with either the morning or afternoon element of the shift pattern. Specific working arrangements can be discussed and agreed at interview.

About The Role

We are seeking a reliable, proactive and motivated individual to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our school environment. Reporting to the Headteacher, School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of caretaking, cleaning and site maintenance services across the school.

The role involves ensuring that all school buildings and grounds are safe, secure and well maintained, undertaking routine maintenance and minor repairs, overseeing caretaking operations, and responding promptly to site-related emergencies as required. Working within established procedures and under broad direction, the postholder will contribute significantly to the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, the successful candidate will be expected to uphold the school's safeguarding policies and contribute to creating a safe and secure environment for all pupils, staff and visitors.
