The Role
As The Site Manager, You’ll
- Manage day-to-day M&E site operations on a live data centre project.
- Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with programme, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor health & safety compliance, carrying out site inspections and ensuring RAMS are followed.
- Chair site meetings and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.

You
To be successful in the role of Site Manager, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager.
- Previous experience delivering data centre projects is essential.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors on fast-paced construction projects.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
