Essential Skillset:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in site supervision or site management
  • Ground Mount Solar Farm experience essential
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site activities
  • Strong understanding of HSQE and CDM requirements
  • SMSTS essential
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience carrying out site inspections, quality checks, and snagging
  • Confident delivering toolbox talks and site briefings
  • Able to produce daily and weekly progress reports
  • Strong communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and Project Managers
  • Ability to identify and manage site risks, delays, and issues
  • IOSH / NEBOSH desirable
