Freelance Site Manager Required: New Build Housing
Location: Crewe
Rate: GBP300 per day
Contract Type: Freelance
We are seeking a highly driven Freelance Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on a new build housing development in Crewe. You will be responsible for driving the project timeline, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality control.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing new build housing sites from groundworks through to completion.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Manager card.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage trades and sub-contractors.
- Sharp eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes.
