About The Role

As Site Manager you run day-to-day operations on renewable energy and data center construction sites. Working under the Construction and Project Managers, you supervise site teams and subcontractors, drive HSE and quality on the ground, and keep daily progress and documentation under control.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities and subcontractor work
  • Enforce HSE and quality on site, every day
  • Coordinate site logistics, access, materials and equipment
  • Track daily progress and report to the Construction and Project Managers
  • Run toolbox talks and on-the-ground site coordination
  • Maintain daily site records, inspections and documentation
  • Identify and resolve practical on-site issues quickly
  • Support commissioning and handover activities

About You

  • 3+ years in site supervision or management on construction sites — renewable energy, data centers or infrastructure preferred
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of site safety and quality
  • Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams
  • A practical problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working on-site full-time; willing to travel or relocate to sites
  • Fluent in English
