Freelance Site Manager - Moreton in Marsh

27-Week Contract | 10th August start date
An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Moreton in Marsh.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Site Manager who has previous experience delivering a high end residential build and understands the importance of maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of a live refurbishment project.
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
- Maintaining excellent health & safety practices within a live operational environment.
- Providing regular progress updates and resolving any site issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
- Previous experience working on a high end build.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors.
- SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work certificates.
- Available to start within the coming weeks.
