Site Manufacturing Manager | Food Manufacturing | Bury St Edmunds | Executive-level salary & package

Our client is a prominent food ingredients business with a worldwide reach. Due to a recent acquisition and subsequent significant investment, they are strengthening their UK operational infrastructure ahead of a truly exciting period upcoming.
Far from an overnight success story; this business has a history spanning over a century. Over time they have refined their offering whilst also successfully venturing into new markets.
This newly-created role will sit below the Global Operations Director and take firm control of the complex UK manufacturing operation in Bury St Edmunds. It is an operation which has a lot of technical nuance, so it will be better suited to those with a complex food & FMCG production background.

What will you need?
- Significant experience in a senior production or manufacturing leadership role preferably within Food, FMCG, chemicals, flavours, ingredients or similar
- A process minded individual, with an exceptional capability for understanding & optimising complex production techniques
What will help you stand out?
- Knowledge of, or experience working within World Class Manufacturing standards
- An engineering or advanced manufacturing educational background
