Be the Backbone of Recycling: Join Us as a Site Operative
Location: East Grinstead
Salary: £12.91 per hour
Working Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday
Working Hours:
- Winter hours (October to March): 08:45 to 16:15
- Summer hours (April to September): 08:45 to 18:15

As a Site Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our recycling centre runs safely and efficiently. From assisting visitors to maintaining the site, your work will help create a cleaner, greener community.
Your Core Responsibilities.
- Support the day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Assist visitors in sorting and recycling waste effectively
- Keep the site clean, safe, and organized
- Prevent commercial and non-compliant waste from entering the site
- Promote recycling by maximizing waste segregation wherever possible
- Be part of a team making a tangible impact on the environment and the local community
- Gain hands-on experience working in a dynamic, outdoor environment
