Site Operative / Driver – Exeter 📍 Exeter Based – Covering Devon

💰 £17.79 per hour – Umbrella PAYE

⏰ 1pm/2pm – 9pm – Flexible

🎓 Streetworks Training Provided

🚀 ASAP Start

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Site Operative / Driver to support clean water repair works across Devon.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road and working outdoors. Streetworks training will be provided, so previous Streetworks experience isn't essential.

The Role

  • Driving from the Exeter base to sites across Devon
  • Placing “No Parking” cones ahead of repair works
  • Setting up and collecting signs, barriers and cones
  • Assisting with backfilling when required
  • Supporting safe and efficient site operations
  • Regular manual handling and heavy lifting

What We Need

  • Full UK driving licence – essential
  • Happy driving across Devon
  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
  • Reliable with a good work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors
  • Previous site, construction, utilities or highways experience beneficial but not essential
