We are seeking a Site Payments Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team.
The Site Payments Analyst is a detail-oriented individual who manages site payments and subject reimbursements for assigned studies in accordance with Clinical Trial Agreements, reimbursement plans, and regulations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develops study-specific site and subject payment strategies in collaboration with Site Payment leadership and payment vendors
- Works with payment vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure payment configurations are completed upon site activation
- Verifies that contracts, budgets, and participant travel & reimbursement requirements are accurately entered into the site payment system
- Reviews and approves site and patient payments and reimbursements, escalating issues to Site Payment leadership as needed
- Ensures payments to clinical trial sites, investigators, and patients are processed timely and accurately
- Performs periodic quality controls (QCs) and reconciliation reviews of payment data
- Acts as a primary point of contact for investigational sites and internal stakeholders regarding payment-related queries

Your Profile
- Solid understanding of clinical trial budgets required
- B.S. or Advanced Degree (or equivalent degree/experience as deemed by the Hiring Manager) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to apply logic and critical thinking to complex scenarios and propose solutions to key stakeholders
- Proactive and communicative; strong ability to manage email effectively
- Customer-service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in analysing and working with large volumes of data
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying data discrepancies
