ROLE: Site Manager
PAY RATE
£250 per day (CIS Umbrella)
CONTRACT TYPE
1 month contract (Potential For Extension)
LOCATION
Tamworth, B77 (covering multiple sites across the Tamworth area)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance works across multiple sites.
- Coordinate both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance jobs are completed and closed out within agreed timescales.
- Monitor the quality and progress of work carried out by contractors and engineers.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any safety or operational issues.
- Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of works.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
- Resolve site issues promptly and escalate where necessary.
- Travel between sites as required.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, or similar role.
- Experience supervising planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
