Job Opportunity: Site Manager
Delivered control installations on complex construction projects? Comfortable managing subcontractors and keeping the customer informed?
I’m hiring a UK-based Site Manager for an international automation business, starting with a 1.5-year data centre assignment in London (next to Heathrow Airport). They're a highly technical international leader in designing and delivering automation and control systems for data centres, with over 2000 employees and offices across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.

- Oversee a specialist subcontractor’s installation scope, covering control panels, instrumentation and cabling.
- Keep progress, resources and quality on track, resolve site queries and coordinate with the customer and engineering teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring completion both to scope and on time.
Requirements
I’d like to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in project delivery and subcontractor management
- Confidence reading electrical drawings, cable schedules and MEP drawings
- A practical understanding of controls and electrical installations
- Strong organisation, communication and site leadership skills

Data centre experience is particularly relevant, alongside other critical environments such as pharmaceutical or process facilities. Familiarity with Rockwell and Ignition would be useful.
