AP Personnel are actively seeking a Site Project Manager to lead outdoor projects from start to finish on behalf of our client. You will be expected to run day-to-day site operations, manage teams, materials, and liaise with clients to finish projects safely, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and direct landscaping teams.
- Ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards.
- Order materials, plant stock, and hire equipment as needed.
- Track project budgets and keep costs under control.
- Keep clients and senior managers updated on project progress.
- Solve site issues quickly and professionally.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in horticulture, landscaping, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of plants, hard landscaping, and site methods.
- Full clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Applicants must hold either entitled or entitled to work residential status in order to be able to apply for this role.
