Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Project Manager role based in Woodley. The Site Project Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards.

  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
  • Managing schedules and resources
  • Monitoring progress
  • Resolving site issues
  • Conducting regular site inspections
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reports
  • Communicating effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Supporting cost control
  • Risk management
  • Adherence to regulatory and company policies

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating commercial construction projects.
  • Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services to site.
  • Strong Inspection skills to oversee workmanship, safety compliance, and quality control on construction sites.
  • Proven Logistics Management capabilities for organizing site deliveries, storage, and resource allocation.
  • Relevant construction management or engineering qualification, or equivalent experience in commercial construction.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead site teams, make decisions under pressure, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Proficiency with construction project management software and basic MS Office tools.
  • Experience managing projects of significant value or complexity is an advantage.
