Site/Project Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Site/Project Manager to join one of our well-established clients in Gatwick.
Our client is a leading UK construction company specialising in groundworks, civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Manage project documentation, reporting and progress updates.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and senior management.
- Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme objectives.
- Oversee labour, materials and plant requirements.
- Drive high standards of workmanship and operational excellence.

Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Site Manager or Project Manager within groundworks, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects safely and successfully.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
- Commercial awareness and programme management experience.
- CSCS Management Card (Essential)
- SMSTS (Essential)
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Marshal Certification
- Full UK Drivers License (Essential)
