We’re now looking for a Site Quality Control Lead to join our team at Hinkley Point C. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the Manufacturing Quality Control Team, ensuring compliance with nuclear standards, managing ITPs and LTQRs, and driving continuous improvement across all quality processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing QC team
- Oversee ITPs, NDT, welding procedures, and documentation
- Ensure Right First-Time delivery and nuclear safety compliance
- Collaborate with project and client teams to meet delivery goals
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or Business
- Experience in manufacturing or construction quality programs
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19443, RCCM, and nuclear standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
