Site Readiness Coordinator - Panthera Head Office
A brand new & exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Readiness Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office Team, Based in Fulwood on a Hybrid Basis!
The Site Readiness Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for operational readiness and study start-up activities across Panthera’s clinical studies. Working under the guidance of the Site Readiness Lead and alongside Site Readiness Specialists, project teams and site operations, the post-holder helps maintain study documentation, track readiness activities, organise training and meetings, and follow up on outstanding actions to support timely site activation. The role supports accurate record keeping, clear communication and the timely escalation of delays, missing information or readiness concerns.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, formatting and collation of Panthera study-specific start-up documents using approved templates and information provided by the Site Readiness Lead or Specialist.
- Maintain site readiness checklists, action logs and trackers, ensuring updates are accurate and outstanding activities are clearly recorded.
- Request and collate readiness updates and supporting evidence from sites and internal teams.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and actions, escalating delays or gaps to the Site Readiness Lead or Specialist.
- Maintain organised study folders and document version control, ensuring approved materials are accessible to relevant teams.
- Support the preparation and distribution of study operational pathways and associated materials following review and approval.
- Coordinate readiness meetings, operational walkthroughs and training sessions, including scheduling, invitations and supporting materials.
- Collate information on facilities, equipment, laboratories, pharmacy arrangements and supporting services using agreed readiness checklists.

Key Skills
- Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining documents and records.
- Ability to work collaboratively and seek guidance or escalate concerns appropriately.
- Commitment to confidentiality, quality, compliance and a patient-centric approach.
- Willingness to develop an understanding of clinical research, study start-up and Good Clinical Practice.
- Experience in administration or coordination within clinical research, healthcare or another regulated environment. (Desirable)
- Familiarity with study documentation, training records or document control. (Desirable)
- Basic awareness of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes. (Desirable)
- A qualification in life sciences, healthcare, business administration or a related subject, or equivalent relevant experience. (Desirable)
