SRE, Incident Management & Reliability Engineering Experts
We are seeking experienced Site Reliability Engineers, Incident Management Professionals, Reliability Engineers, Production Engineers, and Infrastructure Specialists to evaluate AI-generated technical work products.
You will review documents, spreadsheets, incident reports, postmortems, runbooks, reliability analyses, and slide decks for technical accuracy, operational rigor, and presentation quality.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated incident management, SRE, reliability, and production operations deliverables
- Review incident reports, postmortems, root-cause analyses, runbooks, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Assess technical accuracy, operational feasibility, and reliability engineering judgment
- Identify incorrect assumptions, missing dependencies, weak remediation plans, and unrealistic operational recommendations
- Review SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, availability calculations, and reliability metrics
- Evaluate incident timelines, escalation decisions, severity classifications, and communication plans
- Assess root-cause analysis, contributing factors, corrective actions, and prevention strategies
- Identify factual, technical, aesthetic, and presentation errors
- Compare AI-generated artifacts against detailed domain-specific rubrics
- Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining your assessment

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in SRE, incident management, reliability engineering, production engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, or a closely related field
- Strong understanding of production systems and operational reliability
- Experience participating in or leading major incident response
- Strong knowledge of incident lifecycle, escalation, root-cause analysis, and remediation
- Familiarity with SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and reliability metrics
- Excellent written communication and technical judgment
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Comfortable reviewing technical documents and spreadsheets
- Ability to provide structured, evidence-based feedback

Preferred Background
- Master’s degree or another relevant advanced degree
- Experience leading SRE, infrastructure, platform, or incident-management teams
- Experience running high-severity or business-critical incidents
- Experience supporting large-scale distributed systems
- Experience defining organization-wide SLOs and reliability standards
- Experience designing incident management processes or operational frameworks
- Experience presenting incident findings to engineering leadership or executives
- Experience reviewing postmortems or reliability plans written by other engineers
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, rubric-based assessment, quality review, or structured technical feedback
