About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. This role goes beyond day-to-day operational support and contributes to strategic workforce and technology planning, with a focus on efficiency, critical business outcomes, and future readiness.

You’ll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to improve platform performance, strengthen resilience, and identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the reliability, availability, and performance of infrastructure and services
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, consolidation, and improved operational efficiency
  • Contributing to strategic technology planning and ensuring the role aligns with organisational goals
  • Helping build systems and processes that support future business growth and changing technology needs.
  • Working collaboratively within the Infrastructure Engineering team
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who can bring a strong mix of technical capability, problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability. Success in this role will come from being able to balance operational priorities with long-term improvements and future-focused thinking.

You’ll likely have:

  • Experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for automation and efficiency
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • A forward-looking mindset, with an interest in scalable and resilient systems
