Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The role

This is a defence AI company. Their mission is to protect democracies, building critical technology that ensures open societies can make sovereign decisions. They're solving some of the hardest real-time AI problems in high-security, on-premise environments, backed by significant funding from leading investors and growing rapidly with hundreds of engineers across Europe from top-tier tech companies.

You'll own the infrastructure that makes this mission possible. This isn't just another cloud ops role; you'll design and build cloud-native platforms on-premises – secure, multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters with zero-trust networking and policy-as-code governance. You'll develop the automation that allows development teams to operate services at scale, ensuring reliability and compliance in environments where the stakes are exceptionally high.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
