We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in software development and systems operations, with experience supporting business-critical applications in a healthcare or regulated environment. This person will help ensure that systems used by clinical, operational, and administrative teams remain stable, secure, and available.

This role is responsible for building automation, improving observability, reducing manual operational work, supporting integrations, and helping maintain reliable systems that directly impact patient care and business operations.

This is a hybrid position with two in-office days per week at our headquarters in Tempe, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable healthcare technology systems.
  • Develop automation tools to reduce manual support work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support production applications, internal portals, APIs, integrations, and clinical system workflows.
  • Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and reporting across applications and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot incidents involving applications, servers, databases, APIs, network connectivity, and system integrations.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident remediation.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for safer and more consistent deployments.
  • Partner with IT, software development, security, compliance, and clinical operations teams.
  • Support healthcare integrations involving EHR/EMR platforms, APIs, data feeds, file transfers, or interface engines.
  • Help define service-level objectives, uptime expectations, escalation procedures, and operational runbooks.
  • Ensure systems are designed and maintained with healthcare security, privacy, and compliance requirements in mind.
  • Document architecture, workflows, troubleshooting steps, deployment processes, and support procedures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
