Site Secretary

Location: West London
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 + Excellent Benefits
Sector: High Tech Construction | Data Centres | Defence | Energy
Job Type: Permanent | Full Time | Site Based

About the Role

Looking for more than just another administration role?

If you're someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys keeping everything organised and takes pride in being the person everyone relies on, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

My client is a specialist design and build contractor delivering complex projects across the data centre, defence and energy sectors. They are now looking for a Site Secretary to join the team on a flagship hyperscale data centre development in West London.

This is far more than a reception or office administration role. You'll become an integral part of the project team, helping keep a major construction project running smoothly while supporting site management, engineers, subcontractors and visitors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
