A leading specialist construction contractor is looking to recruit an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre development in Acton.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the site office, ensuring it operates efficiently
- Welcoming visitors, coordinating reception duties and maintaining site access records
- Managing correspondence, shared inboxes, site communications and meeting arrangements
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, administrative records and delivery logs
- Ordering office supplies, PPE and consumables while coordinating deliveries and facilities support
- Providing administrative support to the project leadership team, assisting with reports, meetings and presentations
- Supporting health & safety administration, compliance records and general office procedures

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator or construction administration role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy project environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
