Job Title: Site Security Controller
Location: Stirling Square, Onsite
Salary: Up to £66,600 dependent on experience

Job Description
As a Site Security Controller, you will act as the primary Security Controller, Cryptographic Custodian and STRAPSO for the BAE Systems, Head Office Stirling Square site.
You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills, network and knowledge, with the potential for future opportunities of progressing and growth within the company.
Core Duties
- Applying expert knowledge and skills to manage and maintain Stirling Square site accreditation
- Managing Security Incidents and Investigations for Head Office operations
- Building effective networks across the function and wider business to promote security awareness and collaboration
- Influencing and engaging stakeholders to support the successful implementation of security controls and risk mitigation activities
- Conducting and maintaining assessments of security risks affecting Head Office operations, based on intelligence and threat analysis

Essential Skills
- Understanding of Company and Government security classifications and the handling measures associated
- Understanding of security risk management practices
Desirable
- Defence industry experience
- Security qualification i.e. diploma or equivalent
The Head Office Security Team
This is a small and dynamic team responsible for delivering a broad range of security disciplines across both Group Business Development and Head Office UK Operations.
BAE Systems Stirling Square is a UK facility, with our responsibility extending across the global Group Business Development office network, where the team has a wide-reaching and varied remit.
While transactional security forms an important part of our role, helping to keep our people, places and business operations safe and secure every day, our workload is often dynamic and extends well beyond the business-as-usual activity. This includes providing specialist security support for; Executive Committee, overseas travel, trade shows and events, projects and emerging security requirements.
