Lead Security Operations Across a Prestigious University Estate
Kingdom Services Group has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Security Manager to oversee security operations across the University of South Wales campuses.
This is a key leadership role requiring a confident and professional security manager who can successfully lead teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure the delivery of a first-class security service across a large and diverse university environment.

The Opportunity
As Site Security Manager, you will take overall responsibility for managing the security operation across four university campuses, ensuring contractual compliance, outstanding service delivery, and the continued development of a high-performing security team.
You will act as the primary point of contact for the client, lead operational planning, manage performance standards, and drive continuous improvement throughout the contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support security teams across multiple university campuses.
- Develop strong working relationships with university stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct regular performance and KPI review meetings.
- Lead recruitment, training, retention, and development of security personnel.
- Manage incidents, complaints, investigations, and accident reporting.
- Ensure full contract staffing and effective scheduling.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality assurance checks.
- Oversee budget control relating to uniforms, training, and equipment.
- Produce reports, management information, and operational procedures.
- Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Security Manager or similar leadership role.
- Front Line SIA Licence Door Supervision.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
- Full five-year checkable employment history.
