About the Role

We are recruiting a technically experienced Site Services Manager to lead a Repairs team and take ownership of customer service, warranty performance, technical investigations, and larger repair and improvement projects.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can manage technical people while remaining closely involved with customers and operational delivery. You will oversee the team’s performance, one-to-one meetings, development needs, and internal processes, as well as handling escalated customer issues and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor warranty claims, failures, and associated costs.
  • Investigate recurring equipment problems and provide clear root-cause information to Quality, Maintenance, and Technical teams.
  • Understand engineering reports, technical documentation, drawings, and specifications and use that information to improve product, installation, and service performance.
  • Manage larger repair, refurbishment, and upgrade projects.
  • Coordinate customers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors, control budgets and timescales, and ensure work is completed safely and to the required standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
