SITE SERVICES OFFICER
Charter Academy
Salary- Grade 4 - £26,846 - £30,515 (full time equivalent) plus shift allowance (where applicable),
Hours- 37 hours per week
Working a split shift pattern:
- Monday to Thursday
- 07:00 – 10:30
- 14:30 – 18:30
- Friday
- 07:00 – 10:15
- 14:30 – 18:15

Our Site Services Officer is key to the effective running of the school. This role is varied and involves providing a quick response to general maintenance calls, manual handling and lifting, janitorial, monitoring and security duties.
The role will require driving a minibus and therefore the successful candidate will need to have held a driving license for at least 2 years.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Site Services Officer who has a ‘can do’ attitude who ideally will have experience of repairs and maintenance within a similar environment.
As part of our staff professional development, we offer relevant training which provides the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge for this role.
