What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Act as the dedicated on-site partner for key customers, coordinating all related activities to deliver an exceptional, customer-focused service.
  • Build strong, trust-based partnerships with customers to retain and grow the business, helping to protect and strengthen our market position.
  • Take ownership of on-site operations including service delivery and inventory management, ensuring uninterrupted availability and reliable performance.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through compelling proposals, as well as delivering sustainable revenue and profit growth.
  • Drive performance against agreed service level targets, proactively resolving queries and supporting strong commercial outcomes.
  • Champion safety, health, environment, and quality standards at all times, influencing customers and partners to adopt safe systems of work.

What Makes You Great

  • Possess strong knowledge of products and services across industrial gases, medical gases, special gases, bulk liquids, hard goods, and safety solutions.
  • Bring practical experience of enterprise resource planning systems and order-to-cash processes within a commercial environment.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of safety standards and their application in regulated industrial settings, particularly within the gas industry.
  • Have proven customer-facing skills and excel at building long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Show strong sales capability and commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
  • Be educated to degree level or bring equivalent professional experience.
