Site Services Supervisor
Location: Westerleigh
To ensure all factory utilities, facilities, and site services are available, maintained, and operating reliably so that production can run without interruption while meeting health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site services operations ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of utilities and facilities services.
- Manage and develop the site services team, driving strong performance, training, compliance, and adherence to site standards.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities to meet service level agreements and minimize operational disruption.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits, ensuring prompt resolution of defects, risks, and compliance issues.
- Control site services budgets, monitor utility consumption, and identify cost-saving and sustainability opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records, permits, and statutory documentation to support successful audits and regulatory compliance.
- Support emergency response, business continuity, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance
- Level 3 or 4 NVQ in Maintenance Operations
- ILM Level 3 Award/Certificate/Diploma in Leadership & Management
- IOSH Managing Safely
- HACCP Level 3
- Food Safety Level 3
- HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
