Job Shift: Day

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned client location. The Site Supervisor provides leadership and direction to security personnel, ensures officers are properly performing their assigned duties, maintains compliance with client and company policies, and serves as a primary point of contact for site-related security matters. The Site Supervisor is expected to maintain a professional presence, promote accountability, and provide excellent customer service to the client and site personnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide direction to security officers assigned to the site.
  • Ensure all assigned posts are properly staffed and officers report for scheduled shifts.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the site and security posts.
  • Ensure officers follow post orders, company policies, and client procedures.
  • Monitor officer performance, attendance, appearance, and conduct.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to security officers as needed.
  • Maintain communication with Clarion management regarding staffing, performance, incidents, and site concerns.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for client representatives and address security-related concerns appropriately.
  • Respond to and assist with the management of security incidents and emergencies.
  • Complete and review incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation.
  • Monitor access control, patrol activities, and other site-specific security functions.
  • Ensure security equipment and systems are being properly utilized.
  • Conduct shift briefings and communicate important information to assigned security personnel.
  • Help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property.
  • Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous security experience required.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and hold personnel accountable to established standards.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must have dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with security personnel, management, and client representatives.

  • Ability to conduct routine patrols and site inspections.
  • Ability to climb stairs as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.

Schedule & Availability

Regular schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed. Must be flexible to assist with staffing or operational needs when required.
