Role Description
The Site Supervisor role at Lift & Locate is an on-site position based in Hessle. The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations on modular installation sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating site activities
- Supervising installation teams and contractors
- Monitoring health and safety compliance
- Managing site logistics such as deliveries, lifting operations, and building placement
- Liaising with project managers and clients
- Resolving on-site issues
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring that all planning and preparation are executed according to project specifications

The Site Supervisor plays a key role in upholding Lift & Locate’s commitment to care, accountability, and professional project management.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising construction or modular installation sites, with strong site coordination and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe lifting operations; relevant safety certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, site plans, and installation specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and team members on-site.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to issues quickly.
- Experience with modular construction, logistics, or crane/lift operations is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an outdoor, hands-on environment and overseeing physical installation activities.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to work away from Monday to Friday
