About The Role
Site Supervisor (Plymouth) – £28–£30 per hour CIS, full-time, long-term contract with a 4-on/4-off pattern of 12-hour shifts. This role oversees daily operations at a mineral processing facility, covering crushing, screening, and washing. You will coordinate the workforce, manage site activities, and uphold safety standards. Candidates should bring supervisory experience within mining, quarrying, aggregates, or heavy processing sectors, plus SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS certification. Immediate start available. The position suits those comfortable with shift work and seeking sustained employment in the Plymouth area. Duties include resource allocation, progress monitoring, and compliance enforcement.
