Site Supervisor – Data Centre ICT Infrastructure

£45,000–£52,000, depending on experience | UK and European project sites

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Travel: Regular UK and European travel required

Overview

We’re recruiting a Site Supervisor to support the delivery of complex ICT infrastructure projects within new-build and live data centre environments across the UK and Europe.

You’ll act as the main day-to-day point of contact on site, coordinating installation teams and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity. Reporting to a Project Manager, you’ll ensure work progresses according to the programme and that any risks or delays are identified and escalated promptly.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cabling or ICT professional looking to take greater responsibility on site and develop towards a Site Manager or Project Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities across structured cabling and ICT infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate engineers, installation teams and subcontractors.
  • Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions.
  • Monitor progress against the project programme and report updates to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure work complies with health and safety requirements, site procedures and CDM regulations.
  • Oversee the installation of structured cabling, fibre, copper and containment systems.
  • Monitor workmanship, productivity and quality standards.
  • Coordinate materials, stock, deliveries and site logistics.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, method statements and quality documentation.
  • Manage snagging and support project close-out, testing, commissioning and client handover.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and other trades on site.
  • Identify and escalate risks, delays, resource requirements and technical issues.
  • Support and mentor members of the site delivery team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
