Compco Fire Systems is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our growing Swansea operations team, delivering projects predominantly across Wales
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading names in fire suppression, working on prestigious construction projects for major contractors and respected clients. The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of sprinkler installation projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Working closely with Project Managers and Contracts teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects while leading site teams and maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site operatives and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily site activities and programme requirements.
- Lead site safety activities including inductions, toolbox talks and compliance checks.
- Monitor installation quality and project progress.
- Maintain site records, progress information and documentation.
- Manage materials, deliveries and site resources.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues and delays.
- Support the successful completion and handover of projects.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Practical understanding of site Health & Safety management (CDM Regulations)
- SSSTS qualification.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable
- Site Supervisor experience within construction
- Experience within fire suppression or sprinkler installations.
- SMSTS, IPAF or PASMA qualifications.
- Relevant construction or fire protection qualifications.
