Compco Fire Systems is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our growing Swansea operations team, delivering projects predominantly across Wales.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of sprinkler installation projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Working closely with Project Managers and Contracts teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects while leading site teams and maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site operatives and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily site activities and programme requirements.
- Lead site safety activities including inductions, toolbox talks, and compliance checks.
- Monitor installation quality and project progress.
- Maintain site records, progress information, and documentation.
- Manage materials, deliveries, and site resources.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and delays.
- Support the successful completion and handover of projects.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Practical understanding of site Health & Safety management (CDM Regulations)
- SSSTS qualification.
- CSCS Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable
- Site Supervisor experience within construction
- Experience within fire suppression or sprinkler installations.
- SMSTS, IPAF, or PASMA qualifications.
- Relevant construction or fire protection qualifications.
