We are currently looking for a Supervisor - Civils Works to join us in Doncaster who will play a key role in overseeing the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of civil engineering works across multiple sectors.

- Carry out and record site inspections and deliver toolbox talks.
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements, review and amend risk assessments.
- Ensure site personnel have job relevant training requirements and is entered on site personnel training register.
- Carry out plant checks ensuring in good working order and any certification is in date.
- Supervision of temporary works, ensure temporary works installed as per design.
- Encourage and promote near miss reporting ensuring close outs delivered and fed back to site manager and operatives.
- Ensure all required permits are in place for all teams before works commences.
We Are Looking For
- CSCS supervisor card.
- CITB SMSTS/SSSTS qualification.
- CPCS lift supervisor/NRSWA supervisor.
- Temporary works supervisor.
- Proven people management, including sub-contractors.
- Experience of the construction industry.
- HSG47 trained in underground service avoidance.
