We also offer an extensive archive of geotechnical records to support early engagement with customers and stakeholders throughout appraisal and planning.

We are currently looking for a Supervisor - Civils Works to join us in Doncaster who will play a key role in overseeing the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of civil engineering works across multiple sectors.

  • Carry out and record site inspections and deliver toolbox talks.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements, review and amend risk assessments.
  • Ensure site personnel have job relevant training requirements and is entered on site personnel training register.
  • Carry out plant checks ensuring in good working order and any certification is in date.
  • Supervision of temporary works, ensure temporary works installed as per design.
  • Encourage and promote near miss reporting ensuring close outs delivered and fed back to site manager and operatives.
  • Ensure all required permits are in place for all teams before works commences.

We Are Looking For

  • CSCS supervisor card.
  • CITB SMSTS/SSSTS qualification.
  • CPCS lift supervisor/NRSWA supervisor.
  • Temporary works supervisor.
  • Proven people management, including sub-contractors.
  • Experience of the construction industry.
  • HSG47 trained in underground service avoidance.
