Role Overview

The Site Supervisor shall be required to manage telecoms projects from a site level on behalf of KTL. This includes the completion of particular projects delivered Right First Time, to H&S standards and within budget.

Needs to Have

  • At least three to five years’ experience in a similar role with a proven understanding of telecoms site works (e.g. radio, fibre, or infrastructure installations)
  • Strong understanding of project methodology and experience in delivering projects
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • User of MS Office package
  • Strong organisational ability with experience in MS Project or similar project tools

Needs to Do

  • Supervise sub-contractors and KTL crews assigned to projects
  • Ensure projects / sites are completed safely, on time, to client quality standards and within budget
  • Utilise industry experience to source relevant sub-contractors ensuring competitiveness
  • Establish and maintain quality standards and project methodology across projects and ensure they are communicated and implemented to all project teams
  • Implementation and maintenance of relevant approved processes, procedures, health and safety and technical standards and ensure their consistency with requirements of other departments
  • Undertake all necessary actions and support to facilitate achievement of the delivery of project/s targets in terms of time, cost and quality
  • Be fully familiar with client specifications and ensure all project teams are aware of and deliver on technical requirements at operational handover stage
