POSITION DESCRIPTION – SITE SUPERVISOR – DINING FACILITY (DFAC)
LOCATION
RAF Lakenheath / RAF Mildenhall – Suffolk, United Kingdom
POSITION SUMMARY
The Site Manager is responsible for day-to-day onsite execution of Dining Facility operations and serves as the primary operational leader assigned to the facility. Responsible for staffing continuity, operational performance, quality standards, customer satisfaction, and contract execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management
- Manage daily DFAC operations
- Coordinate meal service
- Ensure staffing coverage
Staffing & Workforce Management
- Create schedules
- Support onboarding and training
- Coordinate emergency coverage
Quality Assurance
- Conduct inspections
- Ensure HACCP and sanitation compliance
Customer Service
- Resolve service concerns
- Support Government inspections
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain operational records
- Support corrective actions

SHIFT SCHEDULES
- Morning Shift: 0500–1400
- Day Shift: 1030–1930
- 365-day operation including weekends and holidays.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Minimum 2 years food service experience
- English proficiency
- Right to work in UK
- RAF installation eligibility
Preferred
- Military DFAC experience
- ServSafe Manager certification
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 25kg, rotating shifts and holiday support.
