Build the Future of Water Infrastructure with Kier

Kier Group is delivering some of the most significant water infrastructure projects across the UK and we're inviting experienced site leadership professionals to be part of our growing Yorkshire Water team.

We are now welcoming expressions of interest from talented individuals looking to play a key role in delivering major capital investment projects across the Yorkshire Water framework.

Whether your experience lies in utilities, major civil engineering, infrastructure, highways, construction or the wider water sector, we want to hear from you.

Be Part of Shaping Yorkshire's Water Future

We are actively engaging with experienced professionals for the following site-based leadership opportunities:

  • Site Managers
  • Works Managers
  • Site Supervisors
  • Forepersons / Foremen

These roles will support the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of clean water and wastewater projects across the Yorkshire Water region, helping to improve essential infrastructure that serves millions of customers.

About You

As part of our expression of interest process, we're particularly keen to hear from individuals who have:

  • Experience delivering construction, infrastructure, utilities or water sector projects
  • A background in site management, supervision or operational leadership
  • Strong health, safety and environmental awareness
  • The ability to manage teams, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships effectively
  • A desire to work on projects that leave a lasting impact on local communities
  • Ambition to develop and progress your career within a leading infrastructure business

Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Temporary Works, NRSWA or Water Hygiene are advantageous, depending on the position.
