Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of major cable route projects across West Ham and Islington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term infrastructure project, overseeing site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance, and coordinating day-to-day activities to keep works progressing safely and efficiently.

- Supervising daily site activities across cable route works
- Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with company procedures
- Managing site teams and subcontractors to deliver work on programme
- Monitoring quality standards and ensuring works meet project specifications
- Maintaining compliance with NRSWA requirements and health & safety legislation
- Liaising with project managers, clients, local authorities and other stakeholders
- Reporting on site progress, issues and resource requirements
- Supporting the successful delivery of utility infrastructure projects

Key Requirements:
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- NRSWA Supervisor accreditation
- Previous experience supervising cable route projects
- Utilities experience (electricity, water, telecoms or similar)
- Strong understanding of health & safety and site management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and coordinate site teams effectively
