As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance, maintaining quality standards and supporting successful project delivery. You'll work closely with Project Engineers, subcontractors and clients to coordinate activities, resolve installation issues and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' site supervision experience.
- Previous experience within project delivery or project management.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
- SSSTS/SMSTS qualification.
- CSCS Supervisor Card.
- Strong understanding of health & safety processes, site compliance and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Package
- Salary up to £50,000 DOE.
- Company vehicle / allowance.
- 25 days holiday, increasing to 30, plus bank holidays.
