Scope

Support the delivery and coordination of passive fire protection projects. Assist Project Managers, site teams, and fire stopping operatives. Plan site setups and ensure compliance with QSHE standards. Provide site-based compliance information and support audits. Work with Joblogic, Northgate, and accreditation systems.

Knowledge

Minimum Qualifications For This Role Include

  • Strong knowledge of passive fire stopping, fire doors, and associated products.
  • Understanding of construction, contract management, and safe working practices.
  • Knowledge of current legislation, compliance requirements, and ISO systems.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations within construction.
  • Current First Aid certificate.

Essential Criteria

  • Extensive passive fire protection experience.
  • SMSTS and CSCS Black Card.
  • FIRAS or BM TRADA accreditation.
  • Fire door and fire stopping experience.
  • NVQ Level 3+ in Passive Fire Protection.

Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day passive fire projects.
  • Provide technical support to fire stopping operatives.
  • Conduct audits and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Support project teams in meeting QSHE and client requirements.
  • Maintain passive fire accreditations and compliance standards.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and quality.
