Site Supervisor Required In East London
GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established Main Contractor on a refurbishment scheme in East London. The Site Supervisor will oversee works on a live social housing refurbishment framework in East London.
Project Details
- Project: Social Housing Refurbishment Framework – External window and façade replacement works
- Duration: 3 Month Contract
- Rate: £240 – £250 per day
- Start: Immediate

- Oversee the day-to-day running of site activities
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard
- Monitor quality of workmanship throughout the project
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times
- Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics
- Carry out regular site inspections and maintain accurate site records
- Liaise with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme and specification

Requirements For The Site Supervisor
- Demonstrated experience supervising refurbishment projects
- Experience working within social housing is advantageous
- Experience overseeing external window and façade replacement works is desirable
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain high Health & Safety standards
