HOURS: Full Time
LOCATION: Defence Infrastructure Organisation, Building 174, Old Dairy Road, Beith, North Ayrshire, Scotland, KA15 1JT

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee facilities management operations at our DM Beith site, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support hard FM maintenance activities across site, ensuring planned and reactive works are completed to the highest standards.
- Monitor and manage supply chain partners and contractors, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company and client requirements.
- Review planned maintenance certification, identify remedial actions, and raise work orders where required.
- Manage resources, risks, contractor relationships, and client expectations to ensure operational excellence and service delivery.
- Lead, coordinate, and deliver additional works projects from planning through to successful completion while maintaining performance, safety, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below-defined requirements for the role:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical and/or Electrical Supervisor within a Facilities Management environment.
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous professional development within the FM industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, with experience using CAFM systems.

Essential Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and reside in Beith or the surrounding area.
- Must be able to provide a full five-year checkable employment history within the UK with no unexplained gaps.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Must be willing and eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
- Full UK driving licence desirable due to access to a site-based pool vehicle.
