Role Description
The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This position oversees day-to-day site operations for stone installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. Typical tasks include:

- Managing daily work plans
- Monitoring progress
- Maintaining quality standards for stone supply and installation

The Site Supervisor is also responsible for site documentation, reporting, and supporting continuous improvement in work methods and site efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising construction or specialist stone installation sites, with strong skills in coordinating teams and managing daily operations.
- Solid understanding of stone materials, installation techniques, and relevant construction methods, ideally within façade, flooring, or cladding projects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe systems of work on construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with site operatives, contractors, and clients.
- Proficiency in basic site reporting, documentation, and use of common digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, site reporting apps).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or foreperson role; experience with stone or specialist subcontractors is an advantage.
- Relevant vocational or technical qualifications in construction or engineering are beneficial; CSCS or equivalent certification preferred.
- Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and maintaining a professional site environment.
