🚧 EARTHWORKS SUPERVISOR - LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY 🚧
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project in the South Ockendon area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Supervisor with a strong background in earthworks, groundworks, and civil engineering to join an established site team on a long-term project.
The Role
- Supervising earthworks and groundworks activities
- Managing site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Carrying out daily briefings and coordinating site activities
- Monitoring health, safety, and quality standards
- Liaising with site management and other project teams

Essential Requirements
- Gold CSCS Card
- SSSTS
- First Aid
- CAT & Genny
- Proven experience supervising earthworks/groundworks
- Strong knowledge of site health & safety procedures
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Relevant UK construction experience
